Iscal Driving Tuition was founded in 1984 and in 2000 acquired Elliscars, which was the earliest established driving school in Exeter opening it's doors in 1950. We can safely say we are not a "here today, gone tomorrow" company.  It makes a refreshing change to know your driving school has been in existence for nearly 60 years. . We are very proud of the fact that we are still an independent company and have not had to resort to becoming a franchise driving school. We offer a full range of services including instructor training so you can be sure of up-to-date instruction. Look at our latest comment from a pupil:
